- 1 head savoy cabbage
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and cut it into quarters. Remove the core.
- Slice the cabbage into thin strips.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Add the cabbage and cook for about 5-7 minutes until it begins to soften.
- Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer the mixture for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cabbage is tender and the sauce is creamy.
