Delicious and delightful mini cakes perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams butter
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • 100 grams chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Sift in the flour and baking powder, fold gently to combine.
  5. Spoon the batter into mini cake molds.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool, then whip the cream and melt chocolate for topping.
  8. Decorate the mini cakes with cream and drizzle chocolate.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use almond flour.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Make sure to let the cakes cool completely before decorating.
