- 200 grams butter
- 200 grams sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 milliliters cream
- 100 grams chocolate
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder, fold gently to combine.
- Spoon the batter into mini cake molds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then whip the cream and melt chocolate for topping.
- Decorate the mini cakes with cream and drizzle chocolate.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use almond flour.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Make sure to let the cakes cool completely before decorating.
