A rich and creamy mango flan that blends the flavors of ripe mangoes with a classic flan texture. Perfect for dessert lovers!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh mango puree
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Immediately pour it into a flan mold.
  3. In a blender, combine mango puree, condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the caramelized sugar in the mold.
  5. Place the mold in a larger baking dish filled with hot water.
  6. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool and refrigerate for several hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use ripe mangoes.
  • Can be made a day in advance for best results.
