- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh mango puree
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Immediately pour it into a flan mold.
- In a blender, combine mango puree, condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the caramelized sugar in the mold.
- Place the mold in a larger baking dish filled with hot water.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use ripe mangoes.
- Can be made a day in advance for best results.
