- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 200 ml beef broth
- 200 ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Gradually add the beef broth, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for a few minutes and serve hot.
