A classic and hearty dish featuring ground meat in a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 200 ml beef broth
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
  5. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Simmer for a few minutes and serve hot.

Notes

  • Serve with noodles or rice.
  • Can substitute ground turkey for beef if desired.
