A delicious fish soup with a blend of fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams white fish fillets
  • 1 liter fish stock
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, carrots, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add fish stock, bay leaf, and white wine; bring to a boil.
  5. Add fish fillets; reduce heat and simmer until fish is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of chili flakes.
  • Use any firm white fish available.
  • Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
